AIMOS Award Winners

September 2023: Carl Laflamme and the YCharOS group was awarded for their work on antibody quality control experiments and for openly sharing these data, helping researchers to overcome a key problem in biomedical research.
July 2023: Elisabeth Bik was awarded for her careful work on manipulated images which has uncovered multiple massive scientific frauds, and her determination to continue this work whilst facing threats and lawsuits.
June 2023: SORTEE (Society for Open, Reliable, and Transparent Ecology and Evolutionary Biology) was awarded for their pioneering work bringing together researchers seeking to improve the reliability and transparency of research through cultural and institutional changes in ecology, evolutionary biology, and related fields.

January 2024: Dr Joanna Diong for their many contributions to improving research quality and publication practices.
